The padlock on the main entrance gate to the quarry is not working.
As a result, the gate will be locked at 5pm by quarry staff, with no exit or entry to High Batts members after that. Please make sure you have left the Reserve by 4.45pm to avoid being locked in.
Similarly, the Reserve will not be accessible in the mornings until the quarry starts working.
The padlock should be replaced by Thursday 30th July 2026.
